I designed a 3D printed solution for the EVOLUTION FORESTER AND CLASSIC golf carts that don't have a great option for their golf bag attachment. Fits many of the Evolution golf carts such as the Forster and Classic 4. Make sure your golf cart has this particular grab bar. Width of the bar is 1.0 inch wide (round tube).
This is a DOUBLE STRAPHOLDER assembly, so it comes with TWO custom bag holders made to be used in conjunction with eachother to fully secure your bags. The lower strapholder is necessary to secure your bags in place, given the longer distance the seat plate is from the safety grab bar, and to prevent any horizontal sliding of the bags. As such, this full assembly is twice the work to put together and twice the materials, but I believe I am able to offer it at a fair less than double the price.
3D printed out of durable PETG infused with carbon fiber, it is impact resistant, UV resistant, and temperature change resistant. This brand new design makes use of cleverly placed hook and loop straps to secure both the top and bottom clips to the vertical bars - preventing vertical and horizontal movement.
Look no further for your golf bag securing needs for your Evolution golf cart. Use the rear seat you already have, don't drill into your round tube, just push mine on, strap your bags, and get going! This golf bag holder looks neat and is easy to store under the rear seat of your cart when not in use.
BEFORE YOU BUY - please check to make sure you have the correct bar type for this bag holder. Each of my designs are custom fit to the specific style of OEM bars on each cart. If you are unsure if your cart fits the criteria, please do not hesitate to send me a message through etsy, or email @ peterprints3d@gmail. Secondly, take your golf clubs out to your cart and set them on your rear seat foot rest. If you are unhappy with the clearance of your clubs and the roof, or the clubs are too high for you, Do Not Buy! I would much rather you take the time to make sure it fits than have to worry about the hassle of returns. I will be reimbursing myself for shipping and adding a 10% restock fee on orders purchased for the completely wrong golf cart.
When you purchase this listing you will receive : TWO fully assembled Golf Cart rear grab bar golf bag assemblies, ready for use straight out of the box. These assemblies each consist of (1) new golf bag strap holder that holds two bags, (1) custom made 3D-printed PETG adapter molded to fit your cart, (1) 12" solid aluminum rod inside of the assembly to increase rigidity and bag holder strength (1) Heavy duty Polystyrene webbed strap that goes around your bags, and/or your bar st the bottom to both hold bags in and hold the bag holder down, (2) sets of new stainless steel bolts/ nuts that holds the adapters in place.
Note: This listing does not include the safety grab bar, the golf bag holder is designed to fit the OEM rear bar already installed on your cart. Check the measurements in the listing to make sure your grab bar is compatible.
