This is a simple and sturdy design made for the OEM Cat. No. 48-59-1808 Milwaukee Dual M12 M18 Rapid Battery charger. (Keep in mind, this only fits the RAPID Charge, OEM Milwaukee charger, check your model number to match) I wanted a way to mount this to a big heavy metal beam support at work, and created this design. It comes with the two neodymium bar magnets pre-installed, and the four screws you need to install into the base of the charger. Keep in mind, this will raise your charger from the base of the wall by 1/2".
These bars are 3D Printed with carbon fiber infused PETG completely solid so they're just as tough as the charger itself. I don't have a lb/ft measurement, but on a sturdy flat piece of metal, like the side of your work bench or tool chest, this really does stick on there well. It takes some force to pull it directly off the surface, and I had no problem slapping batteries in and out with it moving on me.
Comes with left side and right side custom made mounts, pre-drilled with installed bar magnets (rated at 70lbs ea). Includes (2) #6 x 1 1/4 and (2) #6 x 1 1/2 screws for mounting. You will need a Torx 10 screwdriver to remove oem charger hardware. *Hand tighten all hardware!*
Great option if you've got metal posts, beams, or if you want to slap your charger on the side of your tool chest, inside tour panel van, or you refrigerator for some reason...I won't judge.
Thanks for stopping by, and I'll happily answer any questions you might have.
